Two Things
Mar. 24th, 2003 03:27 pmRegistering a personal domain name: Quite cool, or a bit pointless?
Also: The way I deal with links. If you've clicked on any of the links in my entries, you'll have noticed that they open in a new window. Now, I know that popups are Bad; but I find that if I'm browsing something with multiple links, I vastly prefer that they auto-open in a new window (as long as they all target to the same window, which is what I do with mine). That way, I can read through the original text in one window, and open each link in a second window as I come to it with a minimum of fuss. What I want to know is, does anyone else prefer this, or do you all find my links intensely annoying?

Date: 2003-03-24 07:37 am (UTC)Personal domain -- well, I've got poppyfields.net but I've had it for over six years now and I was originally going to use it for something more serious than the almost-vanity-domain that it is now. Depends what it is and what you're going to use it for, I guess.
