You know this 'fill in the blanks' meme that's going around? I've been watching it spread through my friends for the past couple of days, and just realised there are several different versions propogating.


(1) From hawkida, tomburnell and (with a minor variation in the last line) xsabx:

I think Niall's weakest point would be ________.

(2) From thevoicewithin and thebratqueen:

I want to ____________ Niall.

(3) From soupytwist:

Niall is ____.

If I used one word to describe Niall, it'd be ______.
I know that Niall likes ______.
When I think of Niall, I think of _______.

Now, (2) is clearly just a truncated version of (1). (3) is different, though; it doesn't have the 'weak point' question, but it does have a bunch of other stuff. It makes me want to track back and find out when they diverged, and I'm the only person in the whole world who cares about this, aren't I?

Thought so. I'm a hopeless case, I know...

I saw thevoicewithin's, I saw the one I from hawkida and then I copied that since it was a little longer.

The third then appeared elsewhere on my friends page at a later time.

But, much like the man of Hogg (who is everyone on LJ tonight....) I just never got around to looking into it. I'm sure /friendsfriends/ will be more helpful, however.

Heh, interesting. I noticed that some left out the "weak points" question after people were berated for leaving it in as some assumed that low-self-image people had added it themself.

I am quite curious as to where the other one came from and which came first. I've often seen people tweak a meme slightly, but not often that much.
