Appreciation

Thanks to brassyn and the twin miracles of the Internet and the Royal Mail for the CD that turned up in my post this morning. I doubt the real album cover will be as stylish. Now, if I can just figure out how to play CDs on this Mac, I can listen to new Radiohead whilst I work!

Equal thanks, of course, to gagravarr. I did consider bringing that CD to work with me as well, but thought that spending my lunch hour watching TV might be considered a little antisocial. Plus, I remembered that this machine doesn't have any decent software with which to watch TV...

Possible US TV lineup next fall.

Good news:

In dramas, Levin said the Monday lineup of 7th Heaven and Everwood will return in the fall, while Tuesday's Gilmore Girls and Smallville may also return intact. Angel could return next season on either Wednesday or Sunday.

Frankly bizarre news:

MacGyver, a remake of the original series with the nephew of the original character as the show's star, is also vying for that Sunday slot.

How can they be remaking MacGyver? Suddenly I feel old...

Frustration

Glastonbury has sold out. In a day.

That's what I get for waiting for my paycheque to clear. :-(
