I got the album for Christmas, but haven't listened to the whole thing yet. If you want 'Hey Ya' you can copy it from me. Hell, you can copy the whole album if you like.
Couldn't say if I've mentioned them, but certainly not recently at least. If you're wanting original hip hop/r&b, you cannot do better than outkast. Plus you can shake your ass to it :)

If you like Alicia Keys (*shudder*) then you might like Joss Stone. She does a cover of the White Stripes' 'Fell In Love With A Girl' which is actually quite niftily done (and I really don't like soul music).
I like it in the clubs in large parties to dance with - but I personally wouldn't buy it. It's better in the club then sitting at home on my shelf. Same goes with "Shut Up" by Black Eyed Peas, and that Blu Catrell featuring Sean Paul song.
