So, I'm off on holiday until next tuesday. I have the following things planned:

- A once-in-a-blue-moon trip to the RSFG meeting (now);
- A trip to Panic (tomorrow, and I'll deliver West Wing to [livejournal.com profile] tinyjo whilst I'm in town);
- An evening watching new 24 (thursday);
- A jaunt to Birmingham to see [livejournal.com profile] immortalradical, [livejournal.com profile] danmilburn, [livejournal.com profile] wg and Emmylou Harris (assuming my train and gig tickets arrive on time);
- An excursion to London for the not-housewarming of [livejournal.com profile] greengolux.

Somehow, I'd been operating under the impression that I was going to have a quiet week off work. Guess not.

My net time will, however, be reduced or absent. Play nicely without me, everyone. :-)

Don't forget [livejournal.com profile] starofheaven! As for gig ticket not coming in time ... surely there is some way to work around that, assuming your train ticket arrives? A phone call to the venue may be in order if it still hasn't come by Thursday, perhaps?

An unattended Livejournal. I wonder what sort of mischief we could get up to before Tuesday?

Hmm. I do not know. Would you care to speculate?

We could have a deep, involved discussion about the relative merits of our favourite SF authors and their use of meta.

That sounds like hard work. Do you ahve anything in the "mocking" or "inane" styles?

I could mock niall for his crap LJ style which ruins all the hard work putting text on my icons by making them too small to be read. Will taht do?

Yes. Yes, it would.

Also: It's really weird in IE at work. It loads the post then takes 5 seconds or longer to load comments. THIS SUCKS, HARRISON. I question your sanity, birth, orientation and true height because of it!

Know you know how it feels to have a S2 style and be your friend. :P

Oh, the pain you must be feeling over this... it must be heartbreaking.
