My weekend has been fully documented by other people, but in brief: I went to fba's birthday party, and it was good. Particularly the music.

I also went out in Windsor on friday night. Despite living only a few miles away, I've never been out in the town of an evening before; turns out that, as you might expect, it's a nice place. This may be due to sorcery, however: During the evening I ended up asking a girl out for a drink, which frankly is Not Normal Behaviour on my part. She said no, but that's not the point.

You're right. That's not the point. The point is that if you keep doing this kind of thing someone is bound to say yes one of these days. It's worth asking, right?
