I think I was there for its birth, though I'd really need to check the truckboard for exact time details.

I like that, too. The reason I don't use varied icons much is because it messes with other peoples' heads when they do it (naming no names, Ms. Ken), so...

What kind of a career are you following, and why?

I'm currently working as a medical writer. Or at least a trainee medical writer. If I'm in a flippant mood, I describe this as writing 'drug company propaganda'; more accurately, it's technical ghostwriting.

I'm doing this because (a) I like writing, (b) I like science, and (c) I don't like working in a lab. For a long time I assumed I was going to do a PhD, but my final year project put me right off...
