I particularly like the list of ways to avoid being an email bully.
Do not write e-mails in capital letters.
That won't make you less of a bully. It might make you look less like a moron, though.
Sarcasm does not work in e-mails.
Right. Sarcasm can never work in emails. Particularly not to people you know and see face to face every day.
