New Community: shortform

Following last week's discussion, I've created the community shortform for the review and discussion of short fiction. More details are given in the first post. Most of my short fiction ramblings will move there from here; the probable exception is the last few Trujillo posts (it's an 'I've started so I'll finish' thing).
