A Happy Day

My laptop is back from Dell. The keyboard now works again (and feels all fresh and springy), and they didn't even feel the need to reformat my hard disk. This is good. :-)

My Dell laptop is still making the worlds most unhealthy disk noises, but refusing to give me that magic diagnostic code that Dell require before they will take it away. Grr....
