Me too - I may have actually read them all by then! 'The Subtle Knife' is a cracking read - much better pacing than 'Northern Lights'.

I'm guessing its really advisable to have read them first? (I keep meaning to, I never get time though, still waiting to have a go at finishing return of the king!)
