Well, all things considered, it wasn't as horrible as it could have been. Of course, it still wasn't great; there was still a lot of Them and Us ("It is autumn in Oxford. They call it 'Michelmas'"), and as fascinating as Ms Pascal-Brown undoubtedly is (!), I didn't really need to have the whole programme devoted to her exploits. I would much rather have more focus on the other two (somewhat more representative) students; hopefully we'll get some of that as the weeks go on.

People I know or know of spots: One (1) Hilda's Biochemist, one (1) Magdalen medic and one (1) future OUSU president (relative to the time-frame of the programme). Maybe I should make Bingo cards.

I agree, there really was far too much on Laura. Still, she is the best eye candy of the lot (did I just say that?), so you can't complain too much....

That said, would you really have wanted more of the medic moping about and being home sick? Definately more of the french girl (names escape me tonight) is needed though.

Anyone know how many episodes it's running for?

She is also the most journalisticly interesting, being involved in a lot more political activism. I wonder if they picked her before or after she was a non-payer, and if the fact she was involved in the TV show influenced her decisions.

Oh, and I don't remember the speach about drugs in my matriculation. Then that could be because I was as asleep through it as most of the people they showed looked.

Six episodes total, so five more to girl. And yes, more of Natasha is definitely needed, not least because a couple of times she did look very familiar, but I can't for the life of me think where I could have seen her.

She is the most journalistically interesting, but she's not the most interesting to me - I'd much rather see what they make of more typical students.
