All of which seems alarmingly well-adjusted, although I suppose it's always possible that I'm just good at fooling this sort of test.

The definition they give of schizoid is here, and for narcissistic is here. I'd say it's not unreasonable to suggest I have some of those traits...

There's a well-documented typo in the article I linked to: the DVDs have less than they should, not more as one of the paragraphs said. The VHS ones are OK.

As I understand it, the VHS tapes are of the versions the BBC showed, and the DVDs are of the US versions. The extra bits in the BBC versions are pretty much all padding, I think. And I don't know whether they have or have any plans to release 'full-length' DVD versions, sorry.
