Good News/Bad News

Good News: CDs with the original version of 'Serenity', the first Firefly pilot episode, dropped through my letter box this morning.

Bad News: There were two CDs in one CD case, so the guy sending them had sellotaped them into place. When I tried to take the sellotape off, half the silvering of the top CD came with it.

Good News: It was part II that was ruined, not part I.

Really Bad News: Farscape has been cancelled. This is not a drill. I think I'm going to go and write some letters now.

Crap. I can't believe that. I hope the weight of fan response makes them change their mind. I've fired off an email, and signed the ipetition, for what it's worth. Now I've just got to see season 3...

At least the magic hadn't gone out of the relationship, dragging it out when there is nothing new to say.....

Keep telling yourself you won't get that attached again......

That's just it. I mostly feel pissed that I didn't get the chance to get that attached. I was starting to, but I wasn't quite there yet; and now, I probably won't ever get there. Phooey.
