The latter, but as I understand it the season is over. And isn't the fact that you're unclear on that last point a pretty damning statement on the show's quality?

No, it just means I've had no time for tv-viewing for the past fortnight, so I haven't watched anything past episode 8 yet. :)

We here at my place of employment share your disappointment, but the show became increasingly incoherent, and the end ties up almost nothing. Not that I really expected it to.
